V Type Mixer Machine
Introduction and Features
This machine is suitable for mixing dry
powder material and granular materials
in pharmacy, chemical industry, food,
fodder, pottery, metallurgy, etc.
This machine is composed of tow
asymmetric cylinder, materials will do
vertical and horizontal direction
flowing, the degree of homogeneity can
achieve above 99%. It adopts manual
feeding materials and full-enclosed disc
valve materials discharge, which do not
product powder. There is no mechanical
compression and strong friction, so it
can maintain the intact of granular
materials. The mixing barrel is made of
stainless steel, which do not pollute
the materials. In addition, this machine
is equipped with timing device that can
control the mixing time.

Pneumatic Vacuum Material Loading

Main application
Vacuum feeder is a vacuum feeding
pneumatic vacuum source. With this
vacuum feeder materials could be fed
directly from container into mixer,
reactor, hopper, sheet press, packing
machine, vibrating griddle, pellet
trimming machine, hydro-state pallter,
dry-state pelleter and disieteg-rator.
To use this feeder could lighten worders
’ labor intensity, put on end to powder
pollution and ensure that the production
process meets GMP requirements.
For the vacuum feeder with material
level control automatic reeding is
realized with the hopper of the
material-receiving machine through
material level control. When the
material level is higher than a position
in the hopper of the material-receiving
machine, vacuum feeder stops feeding,
but when he material level is lower than
a position in the hopper, vacuum feeder
starts feeding automatically. And
feeding on the material-receiving
machine is thus completed.
